Unlike any other dealership experience I’ve had, Juan took the time to listen to what I needed regardless of my credit and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach truly set him apart. Highly recommend asking for Juan if you want a car buying experience that’s actually pleasant! I also worked with Mauro, who did everything possible to make sure I got the car I wanted no matter how long it took. Mauro was patient, professional, and completely committed to helping me through every step of the process. I got the opportunity to work with Alex at Conway regarding my trade to get into a 2012 Porsche Panamera 4S. When I called he advised that the car was being repaired for a vacuum leak and advised not to come up the next day just in case the car was not in top performing condition. To me this was huge, as I would have driven 4+ hours to drive this car and had it not been working well I probably would not have bought it. He went through the CarFax with me and answered every question I had thought of. We are working through one issue on the car but he has been in contact with me the entire way, biggest hurdle being I am so far away, otherwise this would have been resolved right away. Him and his company take tremendous pride in the cars they sell and will work with you every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone in the area or even close by.

Adolfo: I would like to just complement this gentleman for me so efficient and effective on his performance with Pro- providing the service and purchasing this BMW X5 so outstanding vehicle and outstanding value rather than me shopping around 15 or 16 different lots I asked my creator to send me to a place where I can get efficient service the right type of vehicle the right mileage, the right payment and the right person and Walla Adolfo popped up. He is a fantastic young gentleman very capable and willing to assist to the fullest, he also provided things that I didn’t even think to ask for and give very upfront information in regards to what necessary in purchasing a vehicle. I believe there’s nothing but miraculous that this encounter came about if you’re looking for the right car, the right location, the right price and no nonsense and haggling.
