7-Day return policy
Our 7-Day return policy begins on the day you take possession of the vehicle, regardless of time of day. During that time, you can drive it for up to 400 miles and return or exchange it for any reason. To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. CST on the 7th calendar day following the purchase date.
VEHICLES PURCHASED UNDER $12,999 DO NOT QUALIFY FOR 7-DAY RETURN POLICY.
- Surcharge of $1.50 per mile will be assessed up to 400 miles driven. Vehicles driven over 400 miles will not qualify for the 7-day return policy.
- A restocking fee of 10% will be calculated based on the total purchase price.
- A penalty of $150.00 each will be incurred from IL Secretary of State for missing License Plates and registration document.
- Customers will be responsible for any additional fees such as shipping in addition to fees incurred by 3rd party contracts.
- All customers are welcome to have 3rd party inspection prior to purchase or shipment.
- We can not accept a return if the vehicle has been:
- Modified
- in an accident or damaged (including minor and cosmetic damages)
- altered from the condition it was purchased
- mistreated (causing any mechanical and suspension components to fault)
- put on a security as a loan
15-day powertrain warranty
Our 15 day or 500 mile warranty includes internal lubricated parts of the engine and transmission only.
